Saturday, 1 hour, in-person group trainings are great for buddies, couples, families, and those who just want to have fun with others. In these sessions, each member focus on their goals while being led through group exercise instruction. These sessions include HIIT, circuit, and strength training. Don’t worry though, there is no ego in these group workouts. Your job in these sessions is to challenge yourself at your level with the safety of a certified coach.
