Online training sessions are fun and flexible for anyone. All you need is a device with a camera (phones / laptops work great). These sessions are held over a video conferencing service.
These sessions are LIVE. During the workout, your trainer will demonstrate the exercise and monitor your progress providing feedback. Each session may include HIIT, circuit, and strength training depending on your goal.
